Каждая строка — один критерий на общей шкале 0–10. Расстояние между точками — расхождение; там, где они совпадают, провайдеры оценены одинаково. Веса опубликованы на странице методики и меняют этот порядок, когда вы меняете их.

The fee lands in different places#

CoinRemitter charges nothing at all to accept a payment and takes 0.23% plus network cost when funds leave. NOWPayments charges a flat 1% on processing, applied at the point of payment.

That is not a small difference in rate, it is a difference in when the charge occurs, and it changes who each provider suits. A business that accumulates and withdraws monthly pays CoinRemitter once on a large balance. A business withdrawing daily pays it repeatedly, and the gap against a flat 1% narrows in ways the headline does not suggest.

The flat rate has the opposite property. It is indifferent to your withdrawal habits and identical from the first transaction to the millionth, which removes a negotiation but also removes any way to optimise. Predictability is what it sells, and predictability is worth more than most low headlines in this category.

Thirteen assets against three hundred and fifty#

CoinRemitter publishes thirteen assets across seven networks including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, BNB Chain, Litecoin, Dogecoin and Dash. That is a narrow list, and it excludes networks carrying substantial stablecoin volume today.

NOWPayments publishes more than three hundred and fifty, the longest list of any provider indexed here. The discriminating question is not the ratio between those numbers but whether you have ever lost a sale to an asset you could not accept.

For a store selling into a couple of known markets, three hundred assets is inventory nobody touches and thirteen is sufficient. For a marketplace, a donation platform or anything selling worldwide, the long tail arrives constantly and every gap is a silent abandonment.

Custody is the difference that cannot be undone#

NOWPayments is non-custodial by default: settlement reaches a wallet the merchant controls and the provider never holds a balance. CoinRemitter is custodial, holding funds in an internal wallet until withdrawal, which is precisely what makes its scheduled automatic withdrawals possible.

Every other line on these two cards can be renegotiated or worked around. This one cannot, and it is the reason the custody guide argues for settling the question before comparing rates.

The trade runs both ways honestly. Non-custodial removes the one failure you cannot recover from and hands you key management. Custodial hands key management back and asks you to trust an entity that publishes no jurisdiction.

Getting started takes different amounts of time#

CoinRemitter states explicitly that registration requires an email address and no identity verification, on its own comparison table. For a merchant who wants to test a checkout this afternoon, that is a complete answer and a rare one.

NOWPayments does not document its merchant verification requirements at all. A non-custodial provider structurally has less to verify, which is the reasoning behind its onboarding score, but an undocumented process should be planned for as longer rather than lighter.

Neither publishes a founding year and jurisdiction pair that a compliance review would accept. NOWPayments states 2019 and no jurisdiction; CoinRemitter states neither.

What happens when you want bank currency#

Neither card documents fiat settlement. CoinRemitter has none recorded and NOWPayments records it as not disclosed, so a business pricing goods in euro or dollars is arranging conversion separately in both cases.

On the NOWPayments side that is partly structural: a non-custodial design that never holds your balance is not the shape that delivers bank transfers on a schedule, and fighting that is choosing the wrong tool rather than negotiating harder.

On the CoinRemitter side it is simply an undocumented area. The provider holds the balance already, so conversion is mechanically possible, and the absence is about disclosure rather than about design.

Where each one earns its position#

CoinRemitter scores highest in this index on cost and onboarding, and lowest of the two on coverage and support. Both of its strengths are unusually verifiable: a published 0.23% and a published statement that no verification is required.

NOWPayments scores highest on coverage, which carries joint-top weight in the method, and well on cost for a flat published rate held back by two unpublished components. Reweighting coverage downward moves these two cards past each other, which anyone can check on the methodology page.

Neither card is close to the other on disclosure, and both sit in the low sixties. These are two providers that answer the questions they choose to answer.

What to ask each of them#

To CoinRemitter: whether the 0.23% has a minimum charge, since a percentage with a floor behaves like a fixed fee on small withdrawals and would undo the structural advantage entirely.

To NOWPayments: the conversion spread and the payout cost split into provider fee and network fee. Those two answers turn a published floor into a comparable total, and without them the 1% is only part of the picture.

To both: which specific tokens on which specific networks are live today. One publishes a count and the other a list, and neither is the same as a current enumeration you can integrate against.

What this pair leaves open#

The real all-in cost on the NOWPayments side, because two of three components are unpublished. A merchant settling entirely in crypto barely notices; one wanting bank currency is missing the larger number.

Support quality on both, which is the least verifiable criterion in the method and carries the smallest weight for exactly that reason. Nothing on either card lets a reader check it.

What is settled is the shape. A small store withdrawing occasionally, wanting to start today, and content with thirteen assets takes CoinRemitter and pays remarkably little. A business meeting unpredictable customers and unwilling to let anyone else hold its funds takes NOWPayments and pays a flat 1% for both.

Вопросы, которые задают мерчанты

Is CoinRemitter actually free to accept payments?

On its published terms, yes. The 0.23% is charged on withdrawal rather than on acceptance, plus network cost. Whether that is cheaper overall depends on how often you withdraw and in what size.

Which one holds my funds?

CoinRemitter, until you withdraw. NOWPayments is non-custodial by default, so settlement reaches a wallet you control and the provider never carries a balance on your behalf.
