CryptoCloud vs Cryptomus
Two custodial gateways serving overlapping emerging-market merchants, both advertising a 0.4% floor that new merchants do not start on. Cryptomus publishes 120 assets, seven plugins and a Canadian entity. CryptoCloud publishes free withdrawals, four plugins and no jurisdiction. Cryptomus is the more complete card; CryptoCloud the simpler schedule.

CryptoCloud Cryptomus
На этой странице
Two floors at 0.4%#
Both pricing pages lead with 0.4%, and on both the figure is the bottom of a volume schedule rather than the rate a new merchant receives. Cryptomus states that new merchants start at 2% and descend by volume or negotiation. CryptoCloud's page is less explicit about the conditions, and third-party descriptions of its standard tier put it materially above the floor.
The honest comparison is between the entry rates, and neither publishes that as clearly as the floor. Ask both for the schedule in writing; the answer will differ more than the headlines do.
Withdrawals and what comes after#
CryptoCloud states 0% on withdrawal of received funds with a 30-minute target, network fee only. Cryptomus states no provider fee on withdrawal beyond gas. On the exit both are effectively free, and neither publishes a conversion cost because neither is primarily a fiat product.
Cryptomus records fiat settlement as not disclosed; CryptoCloud records it as absent. A merchant who needs bank currency needs an exchange step on either side, and should price it before comparing the two.
Assets and plugins#
Cryptomus publishes 120 assets across seven networks and plugins for WooCommerce, Shopify, OpenCart, PrestaShop, Magento and WHMCS plus an API. CryptoCloud names six networks without an asset count and lists WooCommerce, OpenCart, PrestaShop and WHMCS.
The Shopify and Magento gaps on the CryptoCloud side are concrete for merchants on those platforms. For a WooCommerce shop or a hosting reseller on WHMCS the two are equivalent to integrate.
Who you are contracting with#
Cryptomus names a Canadian entity and a founding year. CryptoCloud names neither on its public pages. Neither publishes its merchant verification requirements, which both cards record as not disclosed and which both score down for on onboarding.
For a merchant in a market where the provider's regulatory footing matters, the named entity is the difference between a question with an answer and a question without one.
Features beyond acceptance#
Cryptomus documents mass payouts, white label, recurring billing and invoicing. CryptoCloud documents invoicing and leaves the rest undescribed. A platform paying people out, or a reseller wanting its own brand on the checkout, finds its answer on the Cryptomus card and an open question on the other.
Point of sale is not published by either.
What both leave open#
Conversion cost, merchant verification and the actual entry rate are unpublished on both sides. The two cards are above the publication threshold because the remaining fields are either stated or explicitly checked as absent, which is why this page exists at all.
A merchant comparing them should send the same three questions to both on the same day and score the written answers, which the choosing guide recommends for exactly this situation.
Where this pair lands#
Cryptomus for a merchant who wants the longer asset list, the wider plugin set, the outbound features and a named entity. CryptoCloud for a small shop or hosting reseller on a supported platform who wants free withdrawals and a short fee schedule.
Both advertise the same floor. Only one publishes what it takes to reach it.

Вопросы, которые задают мерчанты
Do either of them start new merchants at 0.4%?
No. Cryptomus states that new merchants start at 2% and reach 0.4% by volume or negotiation. CryptoCloud's page leads with the floor without stating the entry rate clearly, and the standard tier is understood to be higher.
Which one names its company?
Cryptomus, which states a Canadian entity and a founding year. CryptoCloud's public pages do not name a contracting entity or a jurisdiction, and the card records both as not disclosed.
Кто дешевле: CryptoCloud или Cryptomus?
