Both name a supervisor, one names a figure#

xMoney lists three supervised entities across Romania, Portugal and Estonia. Triple-A gives Singapore as its base and 1% as its processing rate.

Naming a regulator puts both well ahead of the median here, where most cards identify nobody at all. Attaching a price to it is where they part company.

This index scores what a reader can verify without a sales call, so a modest published figure outranks a favourable private one every time.

One describes the gate, one leaves it dark#

The Singapore card sets out that companies and named individuals both go through checks. The other leaves the requirement blank on a card belonging to a licensed institution.

Paperwork is coming at either. What differs is whether a merchant can schedule around it or discovers it halfway through an integration.

Neither says how many weeks it runs or which trades get declined. Those are the two answers that determine availability, and both providers keep them off the site.

Chain lists that barely overlap#

Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, MultiversX, Sui and Dash on one card; Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tron on the other. No asset count on either.

Only one of them settles on Tron, and Tron is where most retail stablecoin payments actually move. A consumer-facing business should check that line before comparing anything else.

A longer chain list is not broader reach when the additional chains are ones your customers have never held. Count what your payers use, not what each provider supports.

Product surface separates them#

One offers payment processing, recurring billing, marketplaces, card issuing, invoices and payment links, with payouts in euros, dollars, lei or stablecoins. The other offers acceptance, mass payouts, fiat settlement and hosted invoicing.

Card issuing and marketplace seller onboarding have no equivalent on the second card, and both are real engineering that a platform would otherwise build.

Mass payouts run the other way, documented on one and unpublished on the other. A business paying out to suppliers has one option here.

Storefront support is thin on both sides#

A single WooCommerce module sits on one card. The other lists an API and leaves it there.

A team building its own checkout will not notice. A WordPress shop will notice immediately, since one route is a download and the other is a sprint.

Both cards assume the buyer employs engineers, which follows from the verification bar and the enterprise pitch on each.

The tokens one of them issues#

Euro, dollar and leu instruments issued by the provider are part of one settlement offering. That is distinctive and it deserves questions before it is relied upon.

Establish what backs them and how redemption works, particularly if a balance would accumulate in them. There is no equivalent on the other card.

For most merchants the plain fiat leg is what matters, and both cards have one. The token layer is an option rather than a requirement.

If a balance would build up in those instruments, establish the redemption route and any limits on it before relying on the settlement leg. There is no comparable question on the other card, which simply pays out in ordinary currency.

Disclosure is fifty-three against sixty-eight#

One publishes ten of the nineteen tracked fields, the other thirteen. Both leave conversion and payout blank; only one leaves processing blank as well.

That single extra blank is the most consequential on either card. Everything else can be worked around and a price cannot.

It also explains why the more regulated-looking card scores lower overall. The method reports what a reader can check, not what a sales call would reveal.

How the totals land#

Cost drags one card hard, carrying twenty-five weight in the method with nothing published to score. Coverage favours it slightly on network count.

Onboarding scores low on both: a published business-and-personal requirement on one, an unstated process at a licensed institution on the other.

Neither total is high. These are providers whose strengths sit in areas this index can only partly measure from public pages.

What to ask each of them#

To the unpriced provider: the processing rate, the conversion spread, and which of the three named entities is the counterparty on your contract.

To the priced provider: the enumerated asset list and the payout cost, both recorded as unpublished after checking.

To both: the minimum volume that gets a quotation at all, which saves more time than any other question on this page.

Where this pair actually lands#

A European marketplace with sellers to onboard, or a business wanting card issuing alongside crypto acceptance, takes the unpriced card and budgets for procurement.

A business that wants a published rate, a named jurisdiction, mass payouts and a WordPress path takes the Singapore card and knows what it is buying.

A merchant receiving stablecoins from retail customers on Tron has one option here, and that single line settles it faster than the regulatory comparison.

Settlement mechanics deserve a written answer#

Cut-off times, weekend behaviour and month-end handling decide whether a finance team can actually run on a provider, and neither card touches any of it.

One publishes payouts in three fiat currencies plus stablecoins; the other publishes fiat settlement without naming currencies. Both descriptions stop well short of a schedule.

Ask for the timetable in writing, including what a Friday afternoon payment does. That is the moment a payments relationship gets tested, and marketing pages never describe it.
