Plisio vs Cryptomus
Two providers competing on the lowest published rate, and they mean different things by it. Plisio's 0.5% applies from the first transaction. Cryptomus advertises 0.4% but starts new merchants at 2%. For anyone below serious volume, the higher advertised number is the cheaper one.

Plisio Cryptomus
На этой странице
Which floor rate is real?#
Plisio publishes 0.5% as its gateway rate with no tier attached, so a merchant processing a thousand a month pays the same percentage as one processing a million. That is unusual in this category and it is the single strongest thing on the card.
Cryptomus publishes 0.4%, which is lower, and reaches it by volume or negotiation while new accounts start at 2%. Comparing the two advertised numbers gets the answer backwards for most merchants who will read this page.
What does the coverage gap cost?#
Cryptomus lists 120 or more assets against twelve at Plisio, and that is a real difference rather than a marketing one. A store selling internationally will lose occasional sales to an unsupported asset, and those losses are invisible because nobody complains about a checkout they abandoned.
The exception is privacy assets. Plisio names Monero and Zcash, which Cryptomus does not, and for the small set of businesses that need them the coverage argument reverses completely. The Monero page covers why that list is so short across the whole category.
How do the white label offerings differ?#
Plisio prices white label openly at 1.5%, which means a merchant can budget it without a sales conversation. Cryptomus offers white label without publishing what the tier costs.
For a business planning a branded checkout, a published number beats a better unpublished one, because the unpublished one cannot be compared against anything until after you have invested time in the conversation.
Who should pick which?#
Take Plisio if you want a rate that does not depend on negotiation, need privacy assets, or want white label priced as a product. Take Cryptomus if asset breadth matters, if you have volume to negotiate with, or if you need plugin coverage across several carts.
Neither publishes conversion or payout costs, so both headline figures are floors. Ask both for the spread in writing before treating either number as a total, as the fees guide sets out.
Custody separates them more than price does#
Plisio is documented non custodial and Cryptomus custodial. Between two providers competing on the lowest rate, that is the larger difference and it rarely appears in comparisons of this pair.
It also explains part of the rate gap. A provider that never holds funds carries less risk and less obligation, and pricing tends to follow.
Disclosure at 68% against 74%#
Both sit near the index average and both withhold conversion. Cryptomus publishes a fee page and an asset count; Plisio publishes a white-label tier and a privacy-asset list that almost nobody else offers.
Neither is close to complete. The question to send both is identical: what is the conversion spread, and what rate applies to my account at my volume.
What to send both of them#
Ask Cryptomus what rate applies at your volume, because the published floor and the entry rate differ by a factor of five and the score reflects the floor. Ask Plisio for the conversion spread.
Both are custodial questions in disguise: one provider holds your funds and the other does not, and the terms around that are worth establishing alongside the rates.
If white label is on your roadmap, Plisio prices it openly at a stated tier and Cryptomus does not publish a figure. That is a budgeting difference rather than a capability one, and it matters at planning time.
Reading this pair by business type#
A small store takes Plisio, because 0.5% from the first transaction beats an entry tier of 2% and the advertised 0.4% is not available to you. That is the reverse of what the headlines suggest.
A larger store with volume to negotiate takes Cryptomus, where the floor becomes reachable and the asset breadth and plugin coverage are both genuinely wider.
A business that wants funds in its own wallet takes Plisio on custody alone, and a business that wants white label priced rather than quoted takes it for the second reason.
What would change this comparison#
Cryptomus naming its entry rate, which would settle the price question that currently dominates this page. Plisio publishing conversion would settle the other half.
Both are single numbers and both are currently absent, which is a fair summary of this whole category.
If you only do one thing#
Ask Cryptomus for your actual entry rate. The published range spans a factor of five and the score reflects its lower end, so the answer moves this card from cheapest in the index to among the more expensive.
What this comparison leaves open#
Neither resolves what happens on the failure paths, and both are custodial-versus-not in ways that change the answer. Send a deliberate underpayment through each before committing, because the handling is undocumented at both and the difference will show up in your support queue rather than in your accounts.
Both cards carry checked dates and both providers publish partially. Re-read the source pages before committing, since the missing figures are the ones most likely to appear or change.
Custody is the line between them#
Plisio settles to a wallet the merchant controls; Cryptomus holds balances until withdrawal. Both publish low entry rates and both maintain plugins, so the fee and platform arguments largely cancel.
What remains is who holds the money, and that is the one difference on this page that cannot be reversed after a failure. Decide it first and let the rates decide only what survives.

Вопросы, которые задают мерчанты
Is Cryptomus really cheaper than Plisio?
Only at volume. Cryptomus starts new merchants at 2% against Plisio's 0.5% from the first transaction, so the advertised 0.4% describes an endpoint rather than an entry price.
Which supports more cryptocurrencies?
Cryptomus, by a wide margin: 120 or more against twelve. Plisio's shorter list includes Monero and Zcash, which Cryptomus does not name.
Кто дешевле: Plisio или Cryptomus?
